My name is Lee-Ann Trinh and I would like to take second to express how I feel about Jennifer and her services. I was injured at work in July of 2019 and found out that unfortunately I would need a full knee replacement and would have permanent restrictions regarding what I could do physically.
Of course, I was put on WCB and it was the most horrible experience. My first caseworker was not helpful with anything and basically never communicated with me at all. My wage replacement checks were always late and I was getting nowhere in regards to help with my employment situation.
That’s when I found Jennifer and took some action. She was able to not only secure certain benefits, but she was able to get me back in school. This has led to my new career as a paralegal at a reputable law firm.
I can't thank her enough for her diligence and knowledge with WCB. There are not many who will even approach a WCB case as it is not easy to navigate.
I would recommend everyone to use this service as you will not be disappointed. Jennifer and her team are amazing and so helpful.
