The advocate service fee is $1,920, including GST, for the agreed claim review and representation services.
Compensation Recovered
A contingency fee of 25% plus GST applies to monetary compensation obtained from WCB, including retroactive, lump-sum, and ongoing benefits. Additional fees apply for Appeals Commission representation.
